- Explore the concept of organizational culture;
- Examine professional responsibility and accountability in the context of organizations;
- Explore the philosophies of hierarchical and relational partnerships;
- Identify the significance of quality of nursing within organizations for better patient outcomes;
- Discuss shared governance;
- Contrast and compare different quality models to inform effective leadership of continuous improvement in health care delivery.
