  3. Explain pressure ulcer prevention measures; 
  4. Identify risk factors that increase an individual’s susceptibility to develop or to not heal pressure ulcers; 
  5. Discuss pressure points and tissue tolerance; 
  6. Describe interventions that can be utilized to prevent or treat a pressure ulcer; 
  7. Discuss pressure ulcers, including the three most common types of ulcers, staging, healing, s/s of infection, and dressings and treatment.
