Purpose: This course will instruct you on how to recognize stress and give you effective tips to cope with it and eliminate it.

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- State how awfulizer statements can lead to stress and demonstrate how to combat them with rational alternatives.
- Define how stress is actually a pattern that can be easily recognized.
- State effective measures you can take to handle certain emotions, such as fear, and how to handle stress.
- Understand some health consequences of untreated stress.
