CNA211 - CMA: Skin: It's All in the Application (0.5 HR)

Purpose: The certified medication assistant will review proper topical skin applications.

Objectives:

1. Discuss the skin; 
2. List the eight rights of medication administration; 
3. Describe the three label checks; 
4. Discuss the proper application of creams, lotions, transdermal patches, aerosolized medication, and powders.
